“What excites me most about my job is the flexibility to do new things. I have enjoyed being a part of multiple projects all highlighting different strengths of mine. I have the privilege of working different roles and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis which allows me to grow as an individual. The work environment reflects the school’s goals and values. I am treated with kindness and feel valued in the work that I do. My team emphasizes positive feedback and consistently celebrates employees who succeed, while also demonstrating effective communication between all levels of employment.
